JENNIFER'S PUMPKIN COOKIES

JENNIFER'S PUMPKIN COOKIES


1/4 lb butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed cooked pumpkin
1 tsp lemon extract
1 cup nuts


Sift together:
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp soda

Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and pumpkin and dry ingredients.
Blend in extract and nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
