From Telephone Office to Floral Shop

A few years ago Ray Lafollett, of Fairview, Utah put out a wonderful newsletter, describing the history and changes happening to our Mt. Pleasant Main Street and named it DESTINATION MAIN STREET.
The following comes from that newsletter, published in 2004.

In 2018 Anita Farmer retired and turned the floral shop to a
Kristine Simons, a former employee.

Kris is a very talented owner and shopkeeper.

Little Annie

"Little Annie" as so many people affectionately called her was the little lady who operated the first telephone office  here in Mt. Pleasant.  This home was located on the same block as our Relic Home at approximately 195 South and 100 West. The same location where the new Wasatch Academy Administration Building is now.    Can anyone identify her friend who she is visiting with?  (see related post here)
