Highlights in the Life of James Monsen

In this segment James Monsen tells about working by shearing sheep for 6 cents per head, working for the DR& G, working at a sawmill, planting gardens for Z.C.M.I.  He returned home to buy calves and returned to making shingles.

              In the spring of 1882 a group of boys and girls assisted in  shearing for Leonard                                        Jordan at the head of Sanpitch River,
