Lorain Brady the most amazing and selfless husband, father, and grandfather, age 81, passed away April 18, 2013, at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah. He was born March 30, 1932 in Duchesne, Utah to Lowell and Thelma Jasperson Brady.Lorain graduated from Uintah High School in 1950. He married his eternal sweetheart, Donnalee Pitney, on July 9, 1956 Rangely, CO and was later solemnized in the SLC LDS Temple. As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served the Lord faithfully with great dedication throughout his life. Other than his family, Lorain's love of life was sheep and cattle ranching and operating heavy equipment. He took great pride in his work and always strived for perfection in all things. Lorain will forever be remembered as someone who loved everyone unconditionally, someone who could fix anything, and someone who loved to serve others.

Lorain is survived by his wife, Donnalee of Mt. Pleasant; children, Neil L. Brady, Astatula, FL; Gloria Warren (Gary) Vernal, UT; Christine Burbank (JW) Roosevelt, UT; Brent Walker Brady (Cheryl) Hamilton, CO; Anne McEntire (Jared) Elko, NV; Dana KayAsay (Allen) Birmingham, AL; Barton Shane Brady (Paulene) Rangely, CO; Shanna Holgreen (Wayne) Mt. Pleasant, UT; Chad Dane Brady (Emily) Albuquerque, NM; Patrick Kale "Zeke" Brady (Summerlyn) Wales, UT; Siblings, Leon Lowell Brady, Gillette, WY; Gwendolyn Elam, American Fork, UT; Lois Jean Adams (Donald) Las Vegas, NV; Douglas Weldon Brady (Geraldine "Smug") Fruita, CO; 45 grandchildren and 80 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents; sons, Cameron Pit Brady and Ford Glen Brady, siblings, Glen E. Brady and Keith Brady; grandchild Laramie Neil Brady; great -grandchild Kylan Nielsen.

A viewing for Lorain will be Thursday, April 25, 2013 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Rasmussen Mortuary (96 North 100 West Mt. Pleasant, Utah) There will also be a viewing on Friday, April 26, at the Mt. Pleasant Stake Center (295 S. State, Mt. Pleasant) from 12:30-1:30pm followed by a funeral service to honor Lorain at 2:00pm. He will be laid to rest at the Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery.
